Conference Costs
The regular price for the two-day conference is €975 per person. Early bird tickets are available for €875 for an individual booking and a special corporate early bird rate of €825 per person for companies registering three or more participants.
This fee includes all conference sessions on 18th/19th May, refreshments throughout the conference including lunches, an evening alfresco dining experience and your FREE copy of the Brand Butterfly book from award winning author, Bert Peleman. Travel and accommodation are NOT included
Accomodation Options
The venue for the conference is the Grand Hotel Dino in Baveno, Italy, 45 minutes from Milan airport. Travel and accommodation suggestions will follow shortly. Register HERE.
Terms & Conditions
We aim to balance fairness for attendees with the costs of event planning. Cancellations made well in advance qualify for a full refund minus a small admin fee, later cancellations receive partial refunds, and registrations can always be transferred to a colleague at no extra cost.

EDD 2026 Pre-Conference 17th May, (Optional)
On Sunday afternoon, May 17th, you have the additional option to attend a pre-conference event. The main focus for this event is networking, but there will be several speakers during the afternoon, presenting data related topics.
This optional session starts at 2pm Sunday 17th May and finishes with dinner in a local winery where you will meet data owners, data planners, data brokers/intermediaries, brands and CRM professionals with the focus on collaborating on Marketing and IDV data solutions.
